Get underwear for your karaginu-mo! This is our full-size paper pattern for kosode and nagabakama, the short white robe and long red pants worn by women under the voluminous robes that comprised a lady’s outfit in Japan’s Heian Period (894-1172).
This pattern includes two styles of knee- to calf-length kosode and the long, trailing nagabakama with instructions for looping up the nagabakama to ankle-length.
